Meet The Instructors
LTC Kenneth Shaw
Senior Army Instructor
LTC Kenneth Shaw served in the Military for 25 years.He has been teaching at Waltrip High School for 13 years. He teaches the L.E.T. 2 and 3 cadets, and is also in charge of the Rifle Team in the JROTC program. He is a man of honor and integrity, and is willing to go above and beyond to help his cadets be successful.
SFC Thomas Bores
Army Instructor
SFC Thomas Bores served in the United States Army for over 25 years as a 19 Delta Calvalry Scout and Recruiter. He is the most recent addition to the Waltrip JROTC Team and will be the instructor for the L.E.T. 1 and 4 cadets. SFC Bores is commited to caring for others, especially our young generation, and sharing his knowledge and experiences to create "Moments that Matter" with each young person he encounters.
